For 18 years, the agency has developed this concept of Serious Game Meeting which offers both a maximum recall rate in terms of the messages to get across to an audience and an engagement rate which ensures all of the company’s values are taken on board.
Nootilus was an adventure created for the Total group to support the company's strategic shift. Seven conventions followed in succession.
A Serious Game meant that after 6 months, employees could continue the adventure on their own PC to ensure messages really hit home.
In total, more than 1,500 people from around the world took part in the operation.
