The new Club Med strategy incorporated a set of new tools that needed to be explained to the entire management team. In addition, all messages had to be memorised and illustrated by realistic experiences to ensure they were fully grasped.

We opted for a 20-minute play which set out all the key points of the strategy through theatrical illustrations in "skit" format.

"GO for change, the play" was a fun moment of educational sharing.

All the roles were played by the inhouse personnel so support was unanimous.
