"G.O. FOR CHANGE" SERIOUS GAME MEETING TO SWITCH CULTURE
Happiness Business is the new corporate culture at Club Med.
For this event held in Valmorel, a somewhat diverse population of 400 managers (support posts, village managers, activity leaders, etc.) had to be brought on board for the corporate project so they could appropriate it and embrace it in their everyday activities after the event.
The design of the seminar was based on a Serious Game Meeting© which helped structure all of the content and activities of a board-game convention. A plot and a challenge guided the participants who became key players in the event.
