The Apprentiscène programme consists in sending directors / scriptwriters out to CFAs (apprentice training centres) where they lead behavioural theatre workshops for groups of 5 to 7 apprentices of all levels and from all trades. After 14 hours being trained up in establishments, they perform an original show in ad zapping format at an illustrious Parisian theatre before the general public. This educational model allows young people to gain in self-confidence, overcome their fear of public speaking and work more effectively in groups. It is also a fantastic way to showcase the merits of apprenticeships and sweep aside preconceived ideas.
